Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GTS Engines, we understand that receiving your outboard motor quickly and safely is important to you. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping throughout Australia. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle the delivery of your order.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) (GMT+10:00) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Handling Time

  • Handling Time: After placing your order, we process and prepare it for shipment. Our handling time is typically 1-2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Transit Time

  • Transit Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location:
    • Metropolitan Areas: Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days.
    • Regional and Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer, between 5 to 7 business days.

Total Delivery Time

  • For orders within Australia, the total delivery time from when your order is placed to when it arrives at your door is approximately 5 to 7 business days.

    Condition of the Item

    • The motor must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
    • Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Return method

    1. In Store: Customers can visit the physical store location Unit 2/20 Waterworth Dr, Margate TAS 7054, Australia to initiate and complete their return in person.
    2. By Mail: Returns can be sent back via mail by packaging the item securely and using the provided return label or postage method.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer a free shipping for all orders within Australia, regardless of the size or weight of the product. This fee ensures that your outboard motor arrives safely at your address.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Custom or special-order stoves are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrived damaged or is defective, please get in touch with us immediately for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Warranty Claims: Issues covered under warranty should be addressed according to the warranty terms and conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery:

  • Australia Post: For standard and express shipping.
  • Couriers Please: For larger or bulky items.
  • Star Track: For expedited and high-priority shipments.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order at any time.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking Information: All orders are shipped with tracking. After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.

Delivery Address

  • Important: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are unable to process orders for international shipping at this time.

Express Shipping

  • Need your order urgently? We offer express shipping options for faster delivery. Select the express shipping option during checkout for priority processing and quicker delivery to metropolitan and regional locations.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or unforeseen events. We will always do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays.
  • Shipping Damages: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.
